How long does my order take to ship?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. For most items, delivery will take between 2-5 business days. We prepare each order with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We offer international shipping to bring a little piece of elora to your doorstep, wherever you are!

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your elora products, and we’re here to ensure you have the best experience possible. As all of our items are made-to-order, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy to make things clear and straightforward:

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the issue, and we’ll happily replace the item at no extra cost.

Lost Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, let us know, and we’ll investigate the issue and find a solution for you.

Non-Defective Returns

As all of our products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please double-check product details, sizes, and customisations before completing your order.

Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We’ll contact you to confirm the updated address and arrange reshipment.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you will be liable for reshipping costs or can choose to have the item donated to charity.

For EU Customers

As per Directive 2011/83/EU, personalised and custom-made products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This includes our made-to-order artwork and accessories. Sealed items that are unsealed after delivery, such as face masks, are also exempt from returns for health protection and hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

If you notice any issues with your product, please contact us at theeloralife@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the item, if applicable. We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
